How To Make Homemade Vicks Vapor Rub

All you need to make it is olive oil, beeswax, & a few essential oils.  My favorite combination of essential oils for this is rosemary, eucalyptus, & lavender.  Some people like to use peppermint or camphor as well, but personally – it’s a little harsh for me & my children.....
